TRAVEL + EXPERIENCES

The Perfect Vacation… Designed.

Earlier this year, I designed a vacation that came close to perfect.

The accommodations were exceptional, the location was stunning, and the entire trip was thoughtfully designed before we arrived. Transportation was arranged, the refrigerator was stocked based on our preferences, the activities were selected, the reservations were made, and the itinerary was set.

Then the trip unfolded as planned.

A private van met us at the airport. We had electric bikes, a golf cart, and access to a shuttle whenever we wanted to explore. We went kayaking, fishing, and on a guided nature hike, enjoyed a private beach club and gym, and finished the trip with a sunset catamaran cruise that included snorkeling, dinner, and an open bar.

It was memorable because the entire experience had been planned to work together.

Nothing that good happens by accident.

It is designed.

The Challenge Is the Planning Process

Creating that trip took a lot of work.

There was research, communication, waiting, comparing options, coordinating preferences, collecting details, making reservations, and keeping track of the itinerary.

The process also had gaps. Communication could be slow, the options presented were limited, and we eventually found and booked the best experience of the trip ourselves.

The outcome was excellent, but the planning model was manual and difficult to scale.

Most vacation rental hosts, property managers, boutique hotels, and event coordinators cannot assign a dedicated person to manage every guest's trip.

How do you provide a thoughtfully designed travel experience at scale?

Technology Can Solve the Friction

Technology can automate much of the work that makes trip planning slow and difficult.

It can research the destination, learn what the travelers enjoy, suggest a personalized itinerary, present several options, adjust the plan as people respond, provide booking links, and keep track of every reservation in one place.

It can remain available whenever someone wants to engage, remember the conversation, coordinate input from the travelers, and keep the itinerary current as plans change.

The result is a more responsive, organized, and scalable way to design the trip.

Why I Created VisitMax

VisitMax provides a scalable way for vacation rental hosts, property managers, boutique hotels, event coordinators, and others welcoming travelers into an area to help them experience everything the destination offers.

It automates the research, suggests the itinerary, adjusts it based on traveler input, provides booking links, and tracks what has been booked.

The host or hospitality partner does not need to take on the planning work.
They simply make the service available.
Travelers who want help can use it, while those who prefer to plan independently can opt out.

Make a thoughtfully designed trip available to every traveler, not only those with access to expensive, dedicated planning services.

That is what VisitMax was created to do.
